Engineered for the future
The Ultra Diamond comes with: the Air Clean 30 secondary vapor control,
emission-free still and Floor-Guard safety containment floor pan for maximum
operator and environmental safety.
The Ultra Plus have all same features with the exception of Air Clean 30
which can easily be added in the future.
In Addition, the patented perc monitoring systems (PMS) option interfaces
with the Pulsar computer and safety door locking system for strict quality
control and safer operating conditions. The loading door cannot be opened
until the mandated level of parts per million (ppm) of perc vapor is
reached. The PMS measures the perc concentration in the drum and the ambient
air-displaying readings during each cycle. Ultra Diamond machines are
factory-ready for PMS and can be ordered with a printer for a convenient log
of the ppm during each door opening.

The Ultra M Series line of dry cleaning machines is priced to meet your
budget improving your profits with better efficiency. Ultra M Series
delivers all the stand features you need to get the job done right. And when
you require the features of a next generation model, fast snap-and-fit
upgrades allow easy conversion.
ULTRA DIAMOND AND ULTRA PLUS M SERIES
Realstar Ultra Diamond and Ultra Plus dry cleaning machines offer you innovative
features exclusive only to Realstar. Our multiple-pass filtration process
keeps solvent cleaner than ever for noticeably bright whites and colors.
Drum filling is achieved by proximity sensor for precise level control. A
variable speed drive motor with inverter is standard on all models larger
than 50 lb. capacity controlling drum speed and allows special garment
handling. Our patented Iceberg system controls and monitors exact solvent
temperature. |

PULSAR MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL
Operators can quickly choose from one of 20 automated programs, or customize
additional programs with wash/dry times, drying and solvent temperatures and
more. Manual control is simple. Illuminated icons indicate the current
status of all machines operations. |
