The HydroClean KM Series dry cleaning machine protects the environment and simplifies the dry cleaning process.

Realstar's HydroClean Series are designed for use with non-harmful, halogen-free hydrocarbon solvent which addresses regulatory issues while protecting your operators and the environment.  In addition, the HydroClean Series advanced Rapid-Dry® air flow drying system speeds production for more profitability.

All Realstar state-of-the-art HydroClean Series hydrocarbon machines are now equipped with the following features for superior results:
• Advanced Filtration System® to have always a clean, fresh filter for brighter whites and colors, in order to increase production time and eliminate maintenance downtime with computer-controlled automatic filter cleaning every load.
• Higher performance fractional distillation with separate condensation lines to ensure perfect separation between solvent and water in order to reduce dramatically maintenance and to avoid bacterial growth and odors.
• Soft mount suspended drum for high-speed extract, in order to reduce drying cycle further (option).
• Three independent solvent tanks, flexible computer controls, variable high/low speed drive and fan motors with inverter all come together to process a wide variety of fabrics such as silk, leather, suede with exceptional cleaning results.
• The safe, accessible 24-volt control panel is front-mounted with an easy-open pneumatic door.
